The Modern Kitchen is fully furnished with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range and granite countertops allowing you to prepare your own meals in style or simply keep snacks and other items on hand.

For your convenience we take the liberty of providing complimentary soft drinks, bottled water, San Pellegrino Sparkling water, Starbuck's coffee, tea, creamer and sugar, and hot chocolate on hand. Complete grocery shopping service can be provided upon request.

The Dining area provides convenient seating for four.

The Living Area offers a queen sized sofa sleeper (with extra pillowtop mattress), 32" HDTV, DVD player, assorted Savannah related books and movies.

Suite I Rates:

November - February / July & August (low season):

Sunday through Thursday, $145.00 per night. Friday & Saturday, $160.00 per night.

March - June / September & October (high season):

Sunday through Thursday, $150.00 per night. Friday & Saturday, $180.00 per night.

Weekends require a two-night minimum; no Saturday arrivals or departures (exceptions can apply).

$1000 to $1150.00 per week. Rates are based on double occupancy; additional guests may incur higher rates during peak periods. Monthly rates $3600.00 - $4600.00. Total occupancy maximum of two adults & two children; [4] guests.
